necessary parts. If you did not purchase a scooter from us, I'm afraid

can't help you with parts! (Best bet:

WHEN WILL
MY SCOOTER ARRIVE? We
will make every
possible effort to ship your scooter as soon as possible, but shipping
times vary per product and delivery varies based on distance from the
warehouse to your location and it may take 3-12 days for your scooter
to arrive.
